Wet Carbon vs Dry Carbon — What's the Difference?

Wet carbon fibre uses a resin-infusion process that produces a deep, glossy, mirror-like finish straight from the mould — no additional painting or lacquering required. It is heavier than dry carbon but significantly more cost-effective, and the visual result is outstanding on any black or dark-coloured BMW. Dry carbon fibre (autoclave-cured prepreg) is used in motorsport applications where extreme weight reduction is the priority. For road and track day use, wet carbon offers the ideal balance of appearance, durability, and value.

Installation

This spoiler is designed to mount directly onto the factory boot lid fixing points on compatible BMW models. Mounting hardware and double-sided adhesive tape are included.
