Yes — we offer fitting & installation at our workshop in Kingston upon Thames. In the products options, you can choose to buy the product with or without fitting

For items in stock at our UK warehouse, orders placed before 2:00pm are dispatched the same working day. Standard delivery is 2–3 working days, with express delivery available.

For items not currently in stock (restock, manufacture, or custom-made), we’ll confirm the estimated dispatch and delivery timeline after you order. As a guide, we usually aim for 14–20 days.

Yes — once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or inside your customer account, so you can follow its progress until delivery.

We use reliable courier services (and/or postal service) for deliveries both in the UK and internationally. If there are different tiers (standard, express), you can choose these at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact us immediately via our Contact page (or email) with photos and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.
